Parish Nurse Wellness Tip

December 2019

December is here again and we will celebrate our Lord and Saviors birth!  God created us in His image and He wants us to create for the glory of Him.

December is Hand Washing Awareness month and even though this sounds a bit mundane it is so very important in our lives.  Handwashing helps prevent infection and the spread of germs.  It is easy to forget about the simple task of washing one’s hands and what a difference it can make to our health and well being.
