Event Space

The following spaces are available for your next celebration or event. Please click on a link for details.

The Family Center

Our newest meeting space was completed in September, 2014. It is a 3,157 square foot space with exposed wood beams, stained glass, and state of the art sound system.  The space functions nicely for meetings, luncheons, and extravagant galas. It is attached to the church sanctuary and non-commercial kitchen allowing for easy execution for catered events.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy: 300
Seating with round tables approximately 200
Theater style seating accommodates 300

Rental Rates

Public: $400 for 4 hours
Non-profit: $200 for 4 hours
  • Includes tables and chairs that the renter sets up and breaks down
  • $75/hour for additional hours
  • A security deposit is required
  • Additional cleaning fee may apply

Non-Commercial Kitchen

A spacious, clean, and well equipped kitchen perfect for catering large events. It has a large gas top range, electric ovens, a commercial dishwasher, a three basin sink, and lots of counter space.

Rental Rates

Public: $200 for 4 hours
Non-profit: $100
  • Use of equipment
  • The kitchen must be returned to original clean condition
  • $50/hour for additional hours
  • A security deposit is required
  • Additional cleaning fee may apply

Worship Area

A beautiful space with vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams.  The windows bring in the natural beauty of the outside.

An intimate library space.

Weddings

Grace First is only offering wedding space for members of Grace First Lutheran Church.  Questions can be directed to the Church Administrator at (541-382-6862) or at churchsecretary@bendbroadband.com for pricing.

Includes:

  • Worship Space, Family Center, Kitchen, Library and Noah Room
  • Tables and chairs that renter sets up and breaks down
  • Use of Worship Space for 1 hour for rehearsal day before wedding
  • Security Deposit required
  • Additional cleaning fee may apply
